I found the rooms spacious and equipped with tea and coffee facilities. A fridge and even a powerful hairdryer were available. I also appreciated the short 10 or 15 minute walk to the main beach, or a quick 5 minute taxi ride..
The daily service and cleanliness were terrible. The staff did not clean well, nor did they leave accessories for the shower or towels. I had to ask for them every day.

The hotel food was very good and diverse. I found the service efficient with staff ensuring quick seating and table clearing, and the beverage service was prompt and courteous.

The staff were very polite and efficient. On arrival, I got complimentary wine and chocolates because I was celebrating a birthday. The food was amazing!!! I had lots of options in a relaxed setting. The spa treatment was great. It was one of the best I have had.
The mattress was too firm for my comfort, but I understand preferences vary.

The hotel has bars and restaurants located nearby for guest convenience. A taxi rank outside the hotel allows for easy transportation. The hotel is in close proximity to multiple shops, so finding necessary items is very easy.

The well sized room has a nice balcony. It faces the pool. The air conditioning system works very well to keep the room cool. The bathroom has modern fixtures and ample counter space. It makes getting ready easier.

Breakfast had many options. The all-inclusive option is excellent. Guests can request a packed lunch, providing flexibility. The hotel uses fresh ingredients in meals. This creates high quality dining.

The room was modern and clean. the comfortable bed was a great addition. i had great views from the balcony. It was a highlight. the bathroom was huge, and the shower was unreal. but the view was amazing!
The air conditioning was not working well . the room became warm. i reported it. I hope they fix it. i would appreciate better climate control.

The location was convenient, a short walk to the beach and local bars. The staff were helpful. The animation team always tried to involve guests in activities. It was nice to observe their efforts. I also liked the pools. There seemed to be enough loungers for everyone.
One seemed to be out of service. The television reception also had issues. The picture broke up frequently. It was a little annoying.
